Day 3. Decimal and hexadecimal.

I am held captive by a brutal beast that adores gnawming my hands so I am currently unable to write many things. So I will update this post when I get released by my captor.

The book Commodore 64 Language programming has a strange habit to show the various memory addresses as decimal numbers instead of hexadecimal, so I needed a way to convert from decimal and hexadecimal.
